Scotch eggs are excellent post workout snacks for a bodybuilder; they are rich in protein and highly nutritious. This delightful healthy snack is even healthier if baked in the oven with a flavorful mince turkey wrapping.
This recipe is modified to accommodate the dietary needs of a bodybuilder; the scotch eggs are baked instead of deep frying to reduce the amount of fat, and the wrapping is made by ground turkey to increase the protein content. Finally they rolled in bread crumbs to create a crunchy crust. Here is a simple baked scotch eggs recipe to try out.
