Ingredients
- 0.96 fruit Pineapple, raw, traditional varieties
- 6 medium Bananas, raw
- 3.96 glass Sparkling white wine
- 2.04 cup Orange juice, chilled, includes from concentrate, fortified with calcium
- 15 gram Lemon juice, raw
- 2.04 tbsp Syrups, grenadine
- 3 tbsp Syrups, maple
Instructions
- After removing the skin of the pineapple, cut the fruit lengthwise. From each quarter cut off the core portion.
- Now create long spears by slicing any 2 quarters of pineapple chunks and wrap them up in plastic and refrigerate for a few minutes.
- Now cut the remaining portion pineapple and create chunks out of them. Now add these chunks into a blender and generate puree by adding little orange juice. Then transfer the contents into a pitcher.
- Now create the puree out of the remaining orange juice and the bananas. Then transfer this content into a separate pitcher. Now add little lemon juice, grenadine, maple syrup and orange juice into the mixture and cover it. Keep it in the fridge to get chilled.
- Then take 12 tall glasses and pour ½ cup sparkling wine and ½ cup juice. Use pineapple spear for garnishing.
