Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Vinegar, red wine
- 0.2 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 0.24 tsp, ground Spices, oregano, dried
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 2 oz Cheese, feta
- 50 gram Onion, red, raw
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 305 gram Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 4 cup shredded Lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
- 4 large Egg, whole, cooked, hard-boiled
- 1.52 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, peeled, raw
- 2 plum tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 can drained, rinsed Chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, canned, drained, rinsed in tap water\~^CHICKPEAS (GARBANZO BNS,BENGAL GRAM),MAT SDS,CND,DRND,RNSD~
- 2 1 cup Sparkling Water
- 2 cup Pomegranate juice, bottled
- 8 slice Multigrain Baguette
Instructions
- Take a small bowl. Mix salt, black pepper, oregano, capers, olives, lemon juice and red wine vinegar. Whisk all these ingredients so that they are thoroughly mixed. Set the bowl aside.
- Now take a large bowl and place some lettuce in it. Then place chickpeas, tomatoes, red onion slice, peeled cucumber and bell pepper in the bowl. Just before you toss all these ingredients, drizzle with the ingredients with little salad. Now top it up with egg wedges and cheese. Now the salad is ready to be served along with baguette slices that have been toasted before.
