Ingredients
- 1 cup Beans, french, mature seeds, raw
- 2 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 2 medium Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 3 slice, thin Onions, raw
- 0.15 100g Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
Instructions
- Cook the beans
- Saute the onion and add the cooked beans in the pan
- Add the eggs to it
- Wait until it's an omelet ;)
