They have their own natural sweetness so there little need of using any artificial sweetener for this dessert. However you can use honey or maple syrup on them for some extra sweetness. Ingredients
- 1 date, pitted Dates, medjool
- 1 gram Almond Nut
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 gram Orange Zest
- 1 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 packet Honey
Instructions
- Take a small bowl, add orange zest, cottage cheese, protein powder and cinnamon powder, mix well with the help of a fork.
- Remove seeds from the date by making a lengthwise slit in them.
- Stuffed the dates with cheese mixture and topped with an almond.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup on them if using.
- Refrigerate until serve.
