Ingredients
- 1 cup Pomegranate juice, bottled
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 453.52 gram Blackberries, raw
- 1.52 gram Peppers, hot chili, red, raw
- 1 tsp Spices, ginger, ground
- 50 gram Brown Sugar
- 1 serving 1 tbsp Molasses
- 1.52 4 Oz Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
Instructions
- Take a saucepan. Add crushed red pepper, fresh ginger, garlic clove, brown sugar, molasses and pomegranate juice and simmer for a few minutes so the mixture becomes syrupy and is reduced by half. Set aside 2 tbsp of this syrupy mixture for dressing the chicken later. Now add blackberries to the remaining sauce and toss up.
- Now pre-heat the grill. Place chicken over the grill and cook it for a few minutes for either side. Dress the chicken using the reserved sauce.
- Serve hot with blackberries.
