- Servings: 4
- Time: 25 minutes
This is my take on power bars; I love to gorge on them before and after workout. This fudge like preparation is made with ground almond and chocolate. These bars are tasty, sweet and full of protein and energy. Almonds, hazelnuts and sunflower seed goes in the recipe, all the potent nuts are full of essential fatty acids and antioxidants. A nice coating of chocolate and coconut butter over the bras makes them irresistible and easy to digest.
Making this fudge is really easy, very little efforts and cooking is required in this recipe. The best part of this fudge is you can make them and refrigerate to use up to one week. Feel free to use them as a dessert after meal. Here is the recipe for muscleman’s protein bar.
