Ingredients
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 2 slice, regular Bread, rye, toasted
- 2 piece Egg white beaten
- 1 cup chopped Broccoli, raw
- 0.25 tsp Spices, dill weed, dried
- 30 gram Cheese, feta
Instructions
- Place a skillet over medium flame and lightly coat it with cooking spray. Then cook some broccoli in it for a few minutes.
- Take a small bowl and combine dill, feta and egg in it. Now transfer the mixture on to the pan and cook for a couple of minutes. Flip it over and cook the other side for another 2 minutes.
- Serve the omelet with toast.
