Celery is truly a super vegetable. The quark and the chicken take care of your need for proteins, and the potassium in the apples makes sure calcium is better stored in your body, which will strengthen your bones and increase the fat metabolism.

Ingredients
- 0.99 cup Celeriac, raw
- 0.99 small Apples, raw, with skin
- 3 100g Pasta, homemade, made with egg, cooked
- 0.99 100g Cheese, cottage, creamed, large or small curd
- 0.99 cucumber Cucumber, with peel, raw
- 3 100g Chicken breast, oven-roasted, fat-free, sliced
- 0.51 100g Bacon bits, meatless
- 0.99 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Cut the chicken in small pieces and fry together with the bacon in a pan (no need for oil)
- In the meanwhile cook the pasta until it's al dente
- Cut the veggies and put it in a bowl
- Add the curd cheese and the honey, and mix everything up
- When the chicken and the pasta is ready, leave it until it has cooled down a bit and then add to the bowl
- Add some salt and pepper and enjoy
