Lemon And Peanut Butter Glazed Baked Cod [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 1
- Time: 35 minutes
This recipe is a nice combination for sweet and sour taste. Zesty lemon and rustic peanut butter flavors compliment best the sweet taste of cod fish. Together they create a great marinade for baked fish. This recipe makes a perfect side dish for your salad, rice and noodles preparation. Peanut butter is considered as a good fat for body, it is full of protein, antioxidant and digestive enzymes. It will help the fish to digest easily.
Fishes are always good for heart and high on protein, they are one of my favorite ingredients. I use to try different fishes for my recipes like – tilapia, salmon, tuna and cod. Here I am using cod fish for this recipe, though it can be substituted easily with salmon and tilapia according to the availability.
