These soy flour pancakes are not only full of protein but contains additional health benefits of soybeans. They cook just like any other pancakes and taste best with fresh fruits and cottage cheese. A great quick and easy breakfast option to try for your busy morning schedule.
Soy flour had many health benefits like it is gluten free, protein rich and contains complete set of amino acids. It is a good source of good fatty acids (unsaturated fat) as well which is required by the body for good digestion and circulation of the nutrients. It is full of micro nutrients like – iron, calcium, vitamin D and fiber.
