Ingredients
- 1 container Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 1 packet Cereals, oats, instant, fortified, plain, dry
- 1 tsp Spices, ginger, ground
- 1 tsp, whole Spices, cumin seed
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 gram Spices, paprika
- 1 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Dry roast the oats and cumin seeds for about 2 minutes in a skillet until fragrant, keep a side to cool.
- When the oats are cool enough to handle put in the blender, add Greek yogurt, mint leaves, ginger, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Add water, ice cubes, protein powder and blend until mix.
- Pour in the glass and garnish with mint leaves and pinch of paprika powder.
