This is a nice one when your on the go and if you like a little spice. Very low in fat, and full of quality carbs and protein. You can add as much sambal as you want to spice things up, but remember the biggest part of the fats are in the sambal!

Ingredients
- 2 unit Whole Wheat Pasta
- 1 large Apples, raw, with skin
- 1 medium Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 2 100g Chicken breast, oven-roasted, fat-free, sliced
- 0.2 100g Sauce, sweet chili, hot
- 1 wedge yields Lemon juice, raw
- 0.1 100g Sambal
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 2 sprigs Parsley, fresh
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Cook the pasta with some salt
- Dice the chicken and bake it in the olive oil with 1 table spoon of sambal and glove of garlic
- Cut the apple and the bell pepper, chop the parsley and mix with the chili sauce, lemon juice, 1 table spoon of sambal and one table spoon of water
- Add the pasta and the chicken and mix
