Corn tortillas, another ingredient used in this dish is rich in fiber, phosphorous, Manganese and Copper. While fiber and phosphorous are believed to be useful in keeping digestive tract healthy and help in structural composition of DNA and cell membranes respectively, manganese and copper are required for proper functioning of enzymes. Sour cream has been used because it is an excellent source of calcium and protein. It also provides body with riboflavin that is required by the body to convert food into energy.

Ingredients
- 0.52 cup Creamy dressing, made with sour cream and/or buttermilk and oil, reduced calorie, fat-free
- 0.24 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 0.52 tsp, whole Spices, cumin seed
- 0.76 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 0.52 tsp Spices, paprika
- 0.76 tsp Salt, table
- 1 fl oz Lime juice, raw
- 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 0.52 tsp Spices, chili powder
- 8 tortilla Tortillas, ready-to-bake or -fry, corn
- 566 gram Fish, tilapia, raw
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, red, raw
- 85 gram Jicama
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 cup chopped Carrots, raw
- 2 1/2 cup Adobo Sauce from Canned Chiptole Chiles
Instructions
- First up, heat the broiler containing rack and then start preparing crema.
- Take a small bowl; add adobo sauce and the sour cream. Mix the ingredients well and set it aside.
- Take a bowl. Add olive oil, lime juice and zest, pepper, salt, cilantro leaves, Jicama, carrots and cabbage and combine well. Keep the bowl in the fridge for it to chill.
- Then take a broiler pan and place a fish in it. Brush the fish using olive oil. Sprinkle the fish using pepper, salt, cumin, paprika and chili powder. Now broil the fish until its edges are charred. Keep the fish aside.
- On each tortilla start placing ¼ cup slaw and then top it up with a piece of broiled fish. Spoon out 1 tbsp crema over each taco and serve immediately.
