Ingredients
- 910 gram Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 15 gram Spices, oregano, dried
- 2 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 2 tbsp, chopped Basil, fresh
- 1 tsp Salt, table
- 0.24 cup Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 10 1 Oz Short Pasta Noodles
Instructions
- Take a bowl. Add tomatoes, salt, garlic, oregano, basil and olive oil. Toss the ingredients. Cover the bowl and keep it aside for at least half an hour.
- Take a large pot containing water. Add little salt and bring it to boil. Now cook pasta in it as per the directions given in the package label. Once the pasta is cooked, drain out excess water and transfer pasta into the bowl containing tomatoes.
- Now add parmesan and stir all the ingredients. Then season it with pepper and salt. Serve immediately.
