Ingredients
- 907.02 gram Pickling Cucumbers
- 1.02 cup Sugars, granulated
- 238.02 gram Rice wine vinegar
- 1.02 tsp Salt, table
- 4.98 gram Peppers, hot chili, red, raw
- 1.02 1 oz Drained, Pickled Ginger
- 60 tsp Fresh ginger
Instructions
- Take a bowl and place cucumber slices in them. Now add fresh ginger, pickled ginger, salt, sugar and rice vinegar.
- Toss all the ingredients so that they are uniformly coated.
- Now cover the bowl using a plastic sheet and keep it in the fridge to chill for at least half an hour.
- Serve chilled.
