Ingredients
- 8 small whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tsp Salt, table
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 0.52 tsp Thyme, fresh
- 1 tbsp, drained Capers, canned
- 1.52 piece Pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 can Fish, tuna, white, canned in oil, without salt, drained solids
Instructions
- First up, place a few paper towels over a baking sheet.
- Cut a thin slice of tomato from its upper portion and do the same for the remaining tomatoes.
- Now slowly remove the tomato pulp and its seeds, leaving the tomato shells intact.
- Now combine pepper, thyme, olive oil, capers, parsley, olives and tuna in a bowl.
- If required, add a little more pepper and salt.
- Now stuff the tuna mixture into the tomatoes and serve.
