Ingredients
- 340 gram Carrots, baby, raw
- 15 gram Plain Butter
- 0.24 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tsp Soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
- 2 tbsp chopped Chives, raw
- 565 gram Pork loin, Tenderloin, trimmed, separate fat and lean only.
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 0.24 cup Honey
- 45 gram Apple Juice
- 0.24 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Place a saucepan over high flame. Add water and carrots into it and bring them to boil. Now reduce the flame and allow the carrots to cook for another 10 minutes.
- Now take a small bowl and add soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple juice and honey in it. Set aside the carrots when they are sufficiently cooked.
- Now cut 12 equal slices of tenderloin and sprinkle them with pepper and salt. Now place a saucepan over medium flame and melt some butter in it.
- Then cook the pork for a couple of minutes or until they become soft. Now flip the pork and allow to cook the other side for a couple of minutes.
- Now add carrots into the saucepan containing the pork. After glazing them again , cook them for at least 2 minutes. Now take 4 plates and divide the dish equally between them. Now sprinkle chives over them and serve.
