Ingredients
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 2 tsp Vinegar, balsamic
- 0.52 tsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 150 gram Onion, red, raw
- 4 slice Multigrain Baguette
- 910 gram CAMPBELL'S Red and White, French Onion Soup, condensed
- 100 gram Shallots, raw
- 1 oz Cheese, gruyere
Instructions
- Place a skillet over medium flame and heat some oil in it. Now add shallot and onion and saute it for a few minutes or until the onions have become translucent. Now reduce the heat and continue cooking for a few minutes.
- Let the broiler be preheated at this stage under low flame. Now transfer the soup in a large saucepan and boil it. Then add black pepper, vinegar, thyme and sautéed onion. Reduce the flame and continue cooking for a few minutes.
- Then transfer the soup into 4 bowls and top each of them using cheese and bread piece. Now place them under the broiler for a few minutes or until the cheese have become golden and bubbly. Serve the dish immediately.
