Ingredients
- 2 100g Pangasius fillet
- 1 100g Noodles, egg, dry, unenriched
- 2 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles and the broccoli
- Squeeze the garlic and add together with the oil in the pan
- Add the fish when the oil is hot, and bake for around 8-10 minutes
- Add some salt and pepper to taste
