Ingredients
- 1.02 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1.98 cloves Garlic, raw
- 453 gram orecchiette
- 310.02 gram Costco mild italian sausage
- 1.02 bunch Broccoli, raw
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salt water according to directions given in the package. Set aside ½ cup of this water in a separate bowl. Into the pot containing pasta, add broccoli rabe and cook for a few more minutes.
- While the pasta is getting ready, take a large pot and heat some oil in it. Now take 1-inch sausage pieces and transform them into balls using hands and keep them in the pot. Now cook these balls for at least 10 minutes or until they become sufficiently browned. Now add garlic and cook the ingredients for a few more minutes.
- Then add the remaining water, ground pepper, salt, broccoli rabe mixture and pasta. Cook all the ingredients until the pasta gets uniformly coated with the sauce. Now transfer the contents evenly into 6 bowls.
