Ingredients
- 1.02 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 1.02 cup Sauce, pizza, canned, ready-to-serve
- 1.98 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 57 gram HORMEL Pillow Pak Sliced Turkey Pepperoni
- 256.02 gram Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
- 1.98 1 cup cremini mushrooms
- 30 gram Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 1.5 cup, shredded Cheese, mozzarella, nonfat
Instructions
- Keep one of the racks in the middle oven setting, while keeping the other rack at the lowest setting. Once done, place a baking sheet over the lower rack and set the oven temperature to 500 degree Celsius.
- Place a skillet over medium flame and lightly coat it with cooking spray. Saute mushrooms over it for a few minutes or until the moisture present in them evaporates completely.
- Then take basic pizza dough and brush oil over it. Now place the dough over the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake it for around 8 minutes at 500 degree Celsius. Now remove the baked dough from the oven.
- Besides the border region, evenly spread the pizza sauce over the baked dough. Then top it up with mushrooms, followed by mushrooms and mozzarella.
- Now start arranging pepperoni over the cheese top and bake the dough one more time in the oven by positioning it in the middle rack. Once the cheese has sufficiently melted, remove the pizza and cut into 12 wedges.
- Serve hot.
