Ingredients
- 0.32 cup Cheese, cottage, nonfat, uncreamed, dry, large or small curd
- 0.76 cup Peas, green, frozen, unprepared
- 0.24 tsp Salt, table
- 0.32 cup Creamy dressing, made with sour cream and/or buttermilk and oil, reduced calorie, fat-free
- 10 gram Lemon juice, raw
- 1.52 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 45 gram Water
- 45 gram Pesto, red or green
- 0.24 tsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 2 1 cup Farfalle Pasta
- 225 gram Snow peas, trimmed
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, ground black pepper, salt, lemon juice, hot water, pesto and sour cream into a food processor. Process the ingredients until they become smooth.
- Now add snow peas in a colander that has already been set in sink. Then cook pasta, while leaving out fat and salt. After draining the snow peas, rinse them off using cold water.
- Take a large bowl. Combine pesto, frozen peas, snow peas and pasta well. Then toss the ingredients for uniform coating. Then sprinkle them with parsley.
- Serve immediately.
