Ingredients
- 2 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 2 fl oz Alcoholic beverage, distilled, all (gin, rum, vodka, whiskey) 90 proof
- 5 gram Sauce, worcestershire
- 1 medium Cucumber, peeled, raw
- 1 stalk, small Celery, raw
- 1 small Olives, ripe, canned (small-extra large)
- 0.5 tsp Salt, table
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 0.5 oz HEALTHY REQUEST Tomato juice
- 30 gram Sriracha
Instructions
- Take a baking sheet and spread cucumber and tomatoes over it. Keep it in the fridge for at least 45 minutes or until they are completely frozen.
- Add mix frozen vegetables, salt, Worcestershire sauce, sriracha, lemon juice and tomato juice into a blender. Blend the ingredients so that you will get a smooth, consistent mixture. If the mixture is too cold, keep it aside to bring it to the room temperature.
- Add little vodka into the processor and process once more time. Transfer the contents into 2 glasses and garnish them with celery and olives just before serving.
