Ingredients
- 0.99 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 0.27 cup Egg substitute, liquid
- 8.01 1 piece Lasagna Noodles Cooked
- 3.96 4 oz Ground turkey breast
- 1.98 cup, shredded Cheese, mozzarella, nonfat
- 0.27 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 1.53 cup, chopped Onions, raw
- 282.96 gram Frozen Spinach, Squeezed dry, thawed
- 0.99 tbsp Spices, parsley, dried
- 0.27 cup Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 1.98 cloves Garlic, raw
- 16.02 oz Cheese, cottage, nonfat, uncreamed, dry, large or small curd
- 737.01 gram Marinara Sauce, low-fat
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 350 degree Celsius.
- Take a large skillet and place it over medium flame and lightly coat with cooking spray. Now add garlic, onion and turkey and cook the ingredients until the meat has become sufficiently brown. Then add marinara sauce and cook for a few more minutes. Now remove them from heat.
- Combine Parmesan, cottage cheese, parsley, egg substitute, spinach and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- The leftover marinara sauce can be evenly spread over a baking dish that has already been coated with cooking spray. Now spread noodles over the sauce evenly and then top it with remaining mozzarella and cottage cheese.
- Then spread remaining turkey mixture over the cheese. Then add the remaining noodles over the turkey mixture. Top it with mozzarella cheese and turkey mixture.
- Now bake the dish for 50 minutes at 350 degree Celsius.
- Serve hot.
