Ingredients
- 300 gram Spinach, raw
- 2 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 3 patty Steak Tartare (chopped steak)
- 2 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 2 dash Salt, table
Instructions
- Boil water, when cooking add the eggs and boil for 8 minutes depending how you like your eggs.
- Boil the spinach for around 5 minutes. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix the tartare with salt and pepper, and form into patties.
- Heat up a pan and grill the patties for a couple of minutes until done.
