- 2.28 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2.28 tsp Leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
- 453 gram Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions
- Take a large bowl. Dissolve yeast and honey in little warm water. Set it aside for a few minutes. Now add ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp cornmeal and 2 cups flour into the yeast mixture. Stir well so that you get smooth dough. Now place this dough over a floored surface and knead until it becomes smooth and elastic. Then add the remaining flour, 1 tbsp at a time so that they do not stick to your fingers.
- Now keep the dough in a large bowl that is already coated with cooking spray. Turn it over and coat the other side too. Then cover the dough and place it in a warm place so that it becomes double in size.
- Now cut the dough into two equal portions. Then roll each of these halves into a circle of 10-inch. Now place dough on separate sheets and sprinkle them with cornmeal. Then brush them using 1 tbsp oil and little cooking oil. Place plastic covers over them and chill.
- In the next step, prepare the grill.
- Take 6 wooden skewers and thread 6 shrimps on each of them. Sprinkle little salt over each of them. Before placing the skewers on the grill, lightly coat it with cooking spray. Once the shrimps are grilled both sides, set them aside to cool down a bit. Then chop the shrimps and mix them with cheese.
- Now remove plastic cover and place dough over the grill that is already with cooking spray. After grilling for a couple of minutes, spread salsa over the crust and add cheese mixture and shrimp. Continue grilling until the cheese has completely melted.
- Follow the above procedure for the remaining dough portions. Sprinkle little cilantro over each pizza and then cut them into 6 uniform pieces. Serve immediately.
