Ingredients
- 2 fruit without seeds Lemons, raw, with peel
- 1.04 fl oz Alcoholic beverage, distilled, all (gin, rum, vodka, whiskey) 90 proof
- 2250 gram Seedless Watermelon
- 100 gram Brown Sugar
- 15.04 gram Mint Leaves, green, raw
Instructions
- Take a large pitcher and squeeze some lemons in it. Then add squeezed lemon quarters, sugar and mint. Then use a wooden masher to mash the ingredients until the sugar has dissolved and mint is bruised.
- Prepare the watermelon puree in a blender and pour it over a sieve so that you are able to get watermelon juice. Stir the ingredients and serve over ice. If required, add little vodka to get a unique taste.
