Ingredients
- 1.02 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 0.24 tsp Salt, table
- 1.98 cloves Garlic, raw
- 1.98 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
- 1.98 cup, shredded Cheese, swiss, low fat
- 6 tortilla Tortillas, ready-to-bake or -fry, flour, shelf stable
- 30 gram All-Purpose Flour
- 127.02 gram PACE, Diced Green Chilies
- 411 gram Diced tomatoes, undrained
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 350 degree Celsius.
- Place a medium skillet over medium flame and lightly coat it with cooking spray. Now cook onions in it for a few minutes or until they become tender. Then add tomatoes, chilies, garlic and chicken. Let the ingredients simmer for a few minutes and then set them aside.
- Take a small saucepan and place it over medium flame. Mix flour and milk in it and stir constantly until the mixture thickens considerably. Now add little salt.
- Now warm the tortillas and start placing cheese and the chicken mixture at the center of each tortilla and roll up. Now place the tortillas in a baking dish that is already coated with cooking spray. Then pour milk over the tortillas and top it with cheese. The dish is now ready to be baked until the cheese has melted completely.
- Remove the dish from the oven and place it in a preheated broiler for a couple of minutes.
- Remove from the broiler. Set aside for a couple of minutes.
- Serve hot.
