	Ingredients
	
		- 1.02 tablespoon  Oil, olive, salad or cooking
 - 6 large  Egg, white, raw, fresh
 - 0.48 tsp  Salt, table
 - 30 gram  Milk, fluid, nonfat, calcium fortified (fat free or skim)
 - 0.78 cup  Roasted red pepper
 - 0.24 tsp  Spices, pepper, black
 - 0.48 cup  Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
 - 4.02 large  Egg, whole, raw, fresh
 - 1.02 slice, medium   Onions, raw
 	
	
	Instructions
	
		-  Set the oven temperature to 350 F/180 C.
 - Place a large skillet over medium heat and heat some oil in it. Saute onions in it until they become golden brown. Set the onions aside.
 - Whisk black pepper, salt, milk, cheese, egg whites and eggs in a large bowl.
 - Now add onions and the above mixture into the skillet and stir it well so that they uniformly cover the pan. Then top it with bell pepper and allow cooking for a couple of minutes or until the edges become firm. Once the edges are firm, place the skillet in the oven 
 - Now bake the dish for 15 min at 350 F or 180 C. Then cut it into 6 wedges.
 - Serve hot.
