Ingredients
- 20 gram Honey
- 735 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 0.24 cup Nuts, pistachio nuts, dry roasted, without salt added
- 1 fruit Clementines, raw
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine vanilla and yogurt in a small bowl. Transfer this mixture into 4 parfait glasses whilst topping them with nuts, Clementine sections and honey.
- Top each of the parfait glasses with the remaining yogurt. Then add nuts, Clementine segments and honey to complete toppings.
- Serve immediately.
