Ingredients
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 2 cup Baby Spinach
- 122 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 0.24 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 30 gram Sesame Seeds, Toasted
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce made from soy and wheat (shoyu), low sodium
- 453 gram Salmon fillet
- 3 tsp Fresh ginger
- 1 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 0.52 1/2 cup Panko (Japanese Style Bread Crumbs
- 0.8 tbsp chopped Garlic
- 5 sprigs Dill weed, fresh
- 3 dash Salt, table
Instructions
- Take a large bowl. Combine salmon, pepper, salt, sesame seeds, soy sauce, ginger, lemon juice, panko and spinach in it. Now form patties out of this mixture (4 in numbers) and dip them in a plate containing remaining sesame seeds. Make sure one side of the patty is uniformly coated with sesame seeds.
- Now take a small bowl and combine yogurt, lemon juice and garlic.
- Then heat little oil in a pan that is already placed over the medium flame. Cook the burgers on this pan. 3-4 minutes on both sides until uniformly brown. Then heat for a few minutes with a closed lid to cook all the way through.
- Serve the salmon paddies with the yoghurt mixture.
