Ingredients
- 245 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 12 large Radishes, raw
- 1 lemon yields Lemon juice, raw
- 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 0.24 cup chopped Parsley, fresh
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 0.52 tsp Spices, paprika
- 1 cucumber Cucumber, with peel, raw
- 3 tbsp Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 2 1/2 cup Panko (Japanese Style Bread Crumbs
- 453 gram Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, enhanced, raw
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 450 degree Celsius. Now insert a wire rack into the baking sheet.
- Take a bowl and mix parsley, yogurt, pepper, salt, lemon juice and zest and garlic. Now add half of this dish into the dish. Then add chicken and turn it over for an even coat. Keep the remaining yogurt mixture in a separate dish.
- Mix paprika, Parmesan and panko. Now place chicken in this mixture and transfer it over the rack in the baking sheet. Now drizzle little oil over the chicken and then spray it with little pepper and salt.
- Then bake the chicken for at least 15 min or until it has turned golden brown. Now add radishes and cucumber into the yogurt mixture. Use this mixture for serving with chicken.
