- 1 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt
- 1.5 tsp Spices, pumpkin pie spice
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1.5 tbsp Honey
- 1 1 cup Almond Milk, Original, Unsweetened
- 1 medium Bananas, raw
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in the blender and process until you get a smooth and consistent mixture.
