Ingredients
- 1 tsp Vinegar, balsamic
- 1 fl oz Carbonated beverage, club soda
- 200 gram Lemon Sorbet
- 0.2 tsp Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
- 1 cup, sliced Strawberries, raw
- 1 cup Seedless Watermelon
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, watermelon, cayenne pepper and balsamic vinegar in a large bowl. Then divide the 2/3 of this mixture evenly across two glasses. Then add sorbet scoop to each glass.
- Now top each of these glasses with remaining juices and fruits. Use club soda to fill the remaining portion in the glass. Use remaining fruits for garnishing, if required.
- Serve chilled.
