- 12 leaf outer Lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
- 0.5 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 5 gram Lemon rind, grated
- 1 cup Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie or diet
- 1 tbsp, leaves Spices, tarragon, dried
- 1 lemon yields Lemon juice, raw
- 5 1 bun hot dog buns
- 453 gram Cooked Lobster Meat
Instructions
- Take a medium bowl. Combine lobster, black pepper, tarragon, lemon juice and zest and mayonnaise in it. According to your taste, adjust the seasoning.
- Divide lettuce and lobster mixture evenly between hot dog buns. Serve the dish immediately.
