Protein Choco Desert [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 1
- Time: 10 minutes
This is a really nice desert or late night snack. It makes it just that much easier to get those highly needed egg whites inside your system. You can vary the amount of whey powder, but I found the texture to be the tastiest when adding just half a scoop (15 grams).
You can also leave out the peanut butter when the fats don't fit your macro's. You can add some cinnamon instead. I hope you will enjoy it!

Ingredients
- 6 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 0.5 scoop Gold Standard Chocolate Whey
- 0.5 tbsp Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
- 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
- 0.1 100g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
Instructions
- Take 1 egg white and mix it with all the ingredients except for the remaining 5 egg whites
- Whisk the other 5 eggs until they have this foamy texture
- Carefully mix the whisked egg with the other mixture (you want it to stay foamy!)
- Pour the mixture into 4 muffin tins / depending on the size of your tins / you might also user other kinds of tins and leave it in the fridge for around 2-3 hours
- Grab it and leave it for 5 minutes outside the fridge before eating
- You can make a lot of this mixture in one batch, as the USDA states that egg whites in the FREEZER are good for around 12 months (never tried it though)
- Enjoy
