Ingredients
- 1 fruit without seeds Lemons, raw, with peel
- 1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 0.52 cup Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 1 package Asparagus, frozen, unprepared
- 453 gram Spaghetti, whole-wheat, dry
Instructions
- Take little salt water and cook pasta in it according to directions. Set aside ½ cup of this water.
- Then take a small bowl. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice and lemon zest in it.
- Now peel asparagus in a ribbon form using a vegetable peeler.
- Now add cooked pasta in a pot. Then toss it with little pasta water, ground pepper, salt, oil cheese, lemon juice and zest and asparagus.
- Divide the above combination equally between 4 bowls and top each of them with Parmesan.
- Serve immediately.
