Ingredients
- 6 fruit without seeds Lemons, raw, with peel
- 0.5 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tsp Salt, table
- 2 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 907 gram Fish, halibut, raw, with skin (Alaska Native)
Instructions
- Cut 30 pieces (1-inch each) of halibut filet. Then cut 30 thin slices of lemons crosswise.
- In the meantime, soak in bay leaves and bamboo skewers in the water for at least half an hour. Thread each of the skewers with a lemon slice, a halibut filet and bay leaf. They spray little olive oil over them and sprinkle black pepper and salt.
- Now grill kebabs for at least 2-3 minutes per side and serve immediately.
