Ingredients
- 4.02 cup Blueberries, raw
- 1.02 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 30 gram Sugars, granulated
- 1.02 tsp Vanilla extract
- 289.98 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 100.02 gram Pie, lemon meringue, commercially prepared
- 30 gram Grand Marnier
Instructions
- Take a large bowl and combine sugar and berries in it. Use the back of the spoon to mash them until juices seep out.
- Take another bowl and mix lemon zest, vanilla, triple sec, sugar and yogurt in it. Now mix cookies and yogurt mixture with blueberries.
- Then use a rubber spatula to work around the blueberries through the yogurt.
- Transfer the contents into a glass and serve immediately.
