Ingredients
- 1 small, large, medium Sweet potato, raw
- 1 oz Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, without salt, drained solids
- 0.5 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
- 1 cup slices Cucumber, with peel, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degree Fahrenheit. Prick the sweet potato with fork from all sides.
- Put the whole sweet potato in the oven and bake until soft from inside.
- Meanwhile mix tuna with cheese, cucumber, onion, salt and pepper.
- When the sweet potato is baked remove from the oven and slit lengthwise.
- Fill the tuna mixture into the sweet potato up to top.
- Serve immediately.
