Ingredients
- 1 packet Cereals, oats, instant, fortified, plain, dry
- 1 cup Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 0.5 oz Peanuts, all types, dry-roasted, with salt
- 1 tbsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 10 gram Blueberries, raw
- 1 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
Instructions
- In a microwave safe bowl add milk and oatmeal and microwave for 1 minute on high power.
- After one minute, remove the bowl and add egg white, peanuts and cinnamon stir well and microwave again for 1 minute on high power.
- Remove the bowl from the microwave, add blueberries and serve.
