Ingredients
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 0.52 cup, shredded Cheese, mozzarella, nonfat
- 2 cloves Garlic, raw
- 0.76 cup Sauce, pizza, canned, ready-to-serve
- 7 2 oz Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
- 453 gram Chicken breast, low fat
- 0.24 cup leaves, whole Basil, fresh
- 0.24 tsp Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 425 degree Celsius.
- Place a skillet (nonstick type) over medium flame and coat it with cooking spray. Then saute chicken and garlic in it until the chicken ceases to be pink in color. Now stir in pepper and pizza sauce. Now reduce the flame and keep stirring the ingredients. Add basil remove it from heat. Keep the mixture aside for a few minutes to cool down.
- Now spread the dough over the baking sheet that has already been coated with cooking spray. Cut the dough evenly in quarters. Now form rectangle pieces out of this dough, each measuring about 8*6 inches. Now equally distribute chicken mixture into the rectangles. Now top each of these rectangles with cheese.
- Now fold the dough until it covers half the filling, whilst sealing the edges completely. Repeat this process for the remaining rectangles. Now bake them for at least 12 minutes at 425 degree Celsius.
- Serve hot.
