Ingredients
- 5.04 large Carrots, raw
- 180 gram Wheat flour, whole-grain, soft wheat
- 9.96 extra large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 180 gram Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 0.96 cup Nuts, coconut meat, dried (desiccated), sweetened, flaked, canned
- 8.04 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 3 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
- 3 tsp Leavening agents, baking soda
- 3 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 2.04 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C (400F)
- Spray oven proof dish with baking spray, or use cupcake holders
- Combine dry and wet ingredients seperately
- Mix together thoroughly
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes
- Stick in a cocktail stick, when it comes out cleat the cakes are good to go.
