Ingredients
- 0.99 medium Cucumber, peeled, raw
- 3 unit Whole Wheat Pasta
- 0.99 large Apples, raw, with skin
- 0.99 medium Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 3 100g Chicken breast, oven-roasted, fat-free, sliced
- 0.99 container Yogurt, plain, low fat, 12 grams protein per 8 ounce
- 0.99 tbsp Honey
- 0.99 wedge yields Lemon juice, raw
- 0.99 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, prepared, yellow
Instructions
- Boil the pasta until it's al dente
- Slice the chicken in strips, add some chicken spices and bake it with a little coconut oil (which is healthier than olive oil)
- Slice the veggies and mix up with the finished chicken and the boiled pasta in a bowl
- Stir the honey, mustard, lemon juice and the yoghurt in another small bowl, and add it to the rest when the dressing is nice and smooth
