Two basic ingredients are required for this sandwich - whole wheat bread and egg whites, both the ingredients are easily available in the kitchen. Add spice according to your preferences as the recipe is extremely flexible. You can even try them for a quick lunch or take out with a dash of salad to defeat the hunger. Ingredients
- 0.5 unit Egg, whole, boiled
- 2 slice thin Whole Wheat Bread
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 0.5 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie or diet
Instructions
- Take two small bowls and Separate the egg whites from the egg yolk.
- Chop the egg white into small pieces.
- Add protein powder, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, lemon juice and chopped onions to egg yolk. Mash this mixture until combine.
- Add chopped egg white to this mixture and stir to make a nice egg salsa.
- Take two whole wheat bread slices and spread a thick layer of egg salsa between them.
- Enjoy egg white sandwich straight away.
