Ingredients
- 0.5 cup, sliced Avocados, raw, all commercial varieties
- 1 fruit Limes, raw
- 0.5 unit Onion, red, raw
- 1 small whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 0.5 cup cooked brown rice
- 0.26 tsp Salt, table
- 1 cup shredded Lettuce, green leaf, raw
- 1 clove Garlic, raw
- 0.5 cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 1 pepper Peppers, serrano, raw
- 2 1/2 cup Bush's Best, Black Beans
- 2 tortilla Tortillas, ready-to-bake or -fry, flour, shelf stable
Instructions
- Scoop out avocado from skin and transfer it in a bowl. Mash the avocado flesh. Now add garlic, cilantro, salt, lime juice, chile and onion. Combine all the ingredients and mix in diced tomatoes. Then cook rice so that it can be served at a later stage.
- Now spread the above mixture at the center of each tortilla. Then place half the toppings, cheese, beans and rice over the guacamole. Now roll the burritos and close in the ends.
- Now grill the burritos until both sides turn brown.
- Serve them with salsa or remaining guacamole immediately.
