Ingredients
- 1 sprigs Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 cup Milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, reduced fat
- 240 gram Plain Flour
- 125 gram KASHI, Chicken and Chipotle BBQ Sauce with Mango, Frozen Entree
- 566 gram Chicken breast, low fat
Instructions
- Once the chicken breasts have been cut into pieces of 1.5 inches each, place them in a mixing bowl with pureed chipotle chilies and buttermilk.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge overnight. Now place the buttermilk-soaked chicken over the flour and coat them uniformly. Now fry the pieces in a fryer at 350 degree Celsius for about 4 minutes.
- Once the chicken pieces are adequately fried, season them with chopped cilantro, salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
