Ingredients
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 fillet Chicken breast, low fat
- 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 1 tbsp Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 0.5 2 tbsp bacon ranch dressing
- 1 1 tbsp Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 0.5 slice Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 1 1 bun whole wheat buns
Instructions
- Take a large bowl. Add ground chicken, buffalo wing sauce, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Combine all the ingredients well. Form patties of uniform size from the mixture.
- Now grill the patties on both sides for about 10 minutes or until they have become brown. Now place little cheddar cheese on each burger. Put the burgers on a whole wheat bun and top with buffalo wing dressing and bacon ranch
- Serve immediately.
