Ingredients
- 1 muffin English muffins, whole-wheat
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 7.5 gram Plain Butter
- 1 slice, thick/large Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 2 slice Cheese, swiss, low fat
- 28 gram HORMEL Canadian Style Bacon
Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 400 degree Celsius. After splitting English muffin; keep it over the oven rack and toast it. Once the muffin is toasted, transfer it over the baking sheet and spread them with butter.
- Spread Canadian bacon, tomato and Swiss cheese on the lower half and then sprinkle ground pepper and salt over them. Keep the muffin back in the oven and bake it until the cheese has sufficiently melted. Now top it with the other half of muffin and serve immediately.
